Integration of new front and back office systems into the existing TC/IT infrastructure

Our project competence:

Analysis of existing TC/IT infrastructure
Analysis of contractual initial situation
Definition of specification profile and optimisation need with in the data communications network for 50 locations
Tendering (RFP) and contract negotiation for required new TC systems and additional equipment
Project co-ordination and controlling of complete roll-outs of the entire hotel group
Acceptance and documentation of all locations


Result:

Although all front and back office systems were exchanged within 11 months, 50% of the existing TC infrastructure could still be used due to sensible additions.
