Conception and introduction of a VoIP solution for EMEA on the basis of virtual call centre functionality.

Cost control and budget planning
Development of a central VoIP infrastructure taking into consideration national requirements
Implementation of a Europe wide skill based call routing
Introduction of European standards, e.g. ACD reporting
Creation of redundancy concepts for HW/SW resources as well as routing mechanisms
4800 call centre agents and 1200 office users


Result:

12 countries in EMEA were linked with a central VoIP solution, which significantly reduced costs in comparison with a normal TC connection and increased the efficiency of the individual sites.
